Two out of every three Americans do not have a will. If someone dies without a will, they die intestate. When a person dies intestate, the distribution of their assets will be determined by a probate court. This is not the best plan of stewardship for the believer. The Bible says, “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children” – Proverbs 13:22. The best inheritance is not only physical but spiritual.
This is why Living Word Church is excited to offer to members the opportunity to create their own legal will, living will, and revokable living trust. It’s 100% free to you, and most people finish in 20 minutes or less.
How to Leave a Bequest for Living Word Church
If you choose to designate a bequest, you may select Living Word World Outreach Church NE from the drop-down menu when creating your will. The drop-down menu will appear after selecting “My Church.”
NO ADDED FEES
Just as a reminder, there are no added fees for Living Word members with these services. The service provider does not solicit them at any time. The Free Will program is done with complete excellence. Most attorneys will charge over $1000 to do both a will and a living will.
COMPLETING A WILL
Each person will need an email address to do their will. This email address will enable them to have access to their will and update it at any time. After doing their will, they may also do a free Living Will which includes Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives. Living Word church members are also able to do a free revocable living trust. They also might choose to designate beneficiaries on non-probate assets. For example, someone might name the church as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy.
